    The cleanliness of the room and facilities were excellent. Breakfast in the park was lovely and staff provided excellent service. The location close to Mendel Pass was amazing.

    one of the dining options, stella delle alpi was 5 mins walk away. comfortable base for weekend in ronzone. private parking on-site was provided. location, short way from all attractions.

    the hotel had an impressive spa, complete with a sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms. the massages were top-notch and left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the garden area was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available to use. the restaurant served delicious meals and the breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of choices available. I particularly enjoyed the in-room breakfast service, which made for a lovely start to my mornings.

    While they were convenient for me to take on my hikes, they were a bit lacking in variety.

    Amazing massage and beautiful views from the room. Location is perfect for a relaxing weekend. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in bed.

    The restaurant was a huge disappointment. The food was not up to standard and had some hygiene issues.

An elevator and garage add convenience, and there are relatively economical packages available seasonally.
